Im Buying a lease

I have found an awesome alluvial lease for sale and as long as the owner and i can agree I will be the proud new owner very soon. Now I will always have somewhere to go detecting.
Oh and I will be setting up a full scale alluvial plant too!

Na NT. I just talked to the locals and asked whos selling. Found a couple and checked em out. The one we chose looks real good.

sounds very interesting... I wonder why the owner is not working it ??? I would use a lot of caution and need see something very worth while before they got my dough.. Miner or bust?? good luck .. A gold mine with no gold is only a hole in the ground and very hard work.... BUT it may be a great investment and pay a dividend at the other end.. may the gold fill your sluice and good luck again.

I've pondered that scenario a few times, but i instead having a few guys all sharing the cost with ease of access, and always when i mention it people talk of greed that someone would take advantage but I don't see it that way personally. Beats trying to find it out in the open with full public access. Hope its a real winner for you mate, here's to many days of good gold.

Old mate wants way too much for the lease. It would take me a year to make my money back even if we got the amount of gold he says there is. Oh well keep looking hey! BUT he did give me permission to detect it!!
