I have just seen the new proposal for an Aldi mega store for Gympie ...apparently its going to be the biggest in Qld.
The store we have currently is totally under stocked cant access half the variety they offer...
I seriously cant wait....i miss variety since moving here.
I went down to the coast last week and got my fill but the crowds destroyed me...i was born and raised on the sunshine coast and i totally got treated like second class. It had changed so much in two years i felt like a forigner ...
Hope Aldi will give me pension discounts on the small goods ive cut to much weight and now trying to put it back on....hahahaha half my luck.
Time to make a smoker... Mmmmm smoked hot dogs.

Yeah that would be great. It's hard to get good steaks in Sydney at a decent price, glad Aldi gets the stuff they do, I used to buy steaks from Port Macquarie and have the package sent down by cold courier. Was grass fed Black Angus crossed with Wagyu...... Best I've ever eaten, decent price too. Aldi steak is pretty close to that stuffs flavour.
 
never been in an aldi mind you haven't been in any supermarket for yonks, might have to have look. german are they not?

Heatho i delivered and commissioned a couple of new bandsaws at that factory near Warhope.
Got 2 10kg boxes of the stuff plus all that we cut while setting up and testing.
40 odd kg of the best ive ever eaten , i didnt keep it all ... I shared it around with a few others
Everyone was very happy :D

Was sensational stuff hey Sandta, I used to drive past the paddocks looking at the cattle drueling lol.
