Have just found this site, great info and feed back. My son and I have been panning and sluicing for about 3 years, we love the outdoors and marvel at the work the old timers put in to find the yellow stuff. Hope to catch up with some like minded fosicers in the future, Cheers all.

Can you eat an apple from safeway in Albury and drive over the border to Wadonga without fly contamination? hehe

Hi AtomRat, the inspectors have been gone for years. We have been scatching in Woolshed ck and have always got some colour. Have been useing different pans and sluices to get a better result.

We havn't noticed any, but have not realised that they were so wide spred in that area. I found Geo Vic mapping and it really opened my eyes to what was there.
