I'm just starting out, I have a GM100, I getting quite good at finding lead and shells layful: , I've been out to Durikia a few times and have only found 1 little nugget :goldnugget: .

I'm heading to a wedding in Townsville in July so I thought I would drive and stop at Clermont or Charters Towers or both? would one be better than the other?

There is a lease you can stay on for $140 a week at Clermont that on the surface looks ideal, any advice would be gratefully appreciated
