Hi All, I have been a lurker for a while and finally decided to purchase a detector and join the forums. I've followed Digging Australia, NQExplorers and some others for a while and love what they do and had to have a go myself.
I purchased the following in the last 2 weeks:
Garrett ACE 300i (Great machine and easy to use)
Garrett Pro Pointer AT (Purchased after a week of detecting without one, that was enough lol)
I have had a few swings in local parks and found about $12 in change and a Silver bracelet so far and i am hooked. Looking forward to hopefully finding some Pre Dec coins as there has been people in the area since the 1800's
I am looking forward to learning some more and maybe seeing if there is anyone in the area who detects and is keen for some detecting missions.
