Hi Everyone,

Great forum! Very informative and I really enjoy reading about peoples discoveries..

I live in the Illawarra and would love to catch up and maybe tag along on any expeditions in this area. Keen to try more beaches, parks, bush etc.. I actually took the new AT Pro out for its first outing today on the beach and found a few sinkers, 1x 10 cent and a $2 coin! Woot! also picked up some junk and started to understand the different tones for different targets.. Im hooked!

well done scoda the fact your finding sinkers is a good sign gold rings are usually in the proximity just keep swinging good luck

It's amazing reading people's suggestions throughout this forum about the wheres's, why's and how's of treasure hunting... Really looking forward to researching areas of interest in my local area...

Hi Dave and welcome to PA, i am from gwynneville (north gong) and work in warilla, how often are you going out and doing the beaches etc, there is a few of us from warilla and albion park that are into it and i am trying to organize a get together if you are keen
