Hello,
My name is Mike I come from the Geraldton area. I am a NewB although I have used my Minelab Gp 3000 and found a few coins but nothing substantial. I will be getting a Minelab Go find 60, i8n the next couple of days. Although it is the top of the range entry level detector I find it has many good qualities such as portability and weight. I did have a cheap detector a few years ago that cost me 100 bucks in the second hand shop. I found so much with that and It did pick up nuggets. I hope the go find 60 will do the trick as a pre search engine and then use the 3000.
I am disabled and detecting gives me pleasure as I can forget about other things. I am looking for a detector buddy to go out with occasionally. Cheers
