Looking for any info on prospecting around Palmer River. Have been a lot of other places over the years and would love to try somewhere new. Starting to think though it may not be a good idea. I have just purchased an Extera 705 which has found me a few coins so far and husband uses a 4500. Best find so far a 2oz nugget near Maryborough Vic. Thanks in advance for any info.

If you put Palmer River into the search function (magnifying glass icon) you will find it returns a few entries that may assist. Will need to dig a bit though.
The Palmer has historically been one of the tougher places to prospect and I have not tried it, but others on this and other forum have stories to tell from their time there.
