Just thought id reintroduce myself, My name is Paul and im getting back into coin detecting and a little gold prospecting.

I was involved in this forum in 2014 when i had my last detectors, The garrett ace 250 and a Teknetics G2. Sold both of them in 2014 and regret it.

Anyway ill be floating around relearning what ive forgetten and keeping my eye out for a cheap detector to last me till after xmas then i have permission to buy something decent.

The centre of the universe? You mean theres more outside Wollongong?

Yeah toys n things at the piccadilly centre is where i brought my last 2 detectors from. Checking out their website last night and I was eyeing off the Minelab Eureka Gold detector for trying my luck on the goldfields (which i have never done) and a Garrett Ace 400 as a entry back into beach combing / relic hunting.
