Hey fellow prospectors, my name's Paul, just starting to get into some prospecting with my brother, lots to learn.
I've been having a bit of a look on here for a couple weeks now so thought it was time to sign up.
I tried some panning about 25+ yrs back for the first time with a friend, found a fair few little specs back then but haven't done anything since, was always in the back of my mind but I never got around to it, better late than never I guess hey.
My normal hobby is 1/8 scale radio control offroad nitro buggies & racing them when I can, bit cold & wet for that atm though, been into RC cars since I was young & only got into nitro powered cars in 2006.
Now its finally time to get into a bit of prospecting so hopefully I can learn a bit from all the experienced guys n gals on here.

Hi and welcome ozziii, love the eyes on that cat.
Don't be too concerned about your states we were all 'just another newbie' at some stage.
Do some site searches on whatever mode of prospecting you indulge in or check out/search some of the location info.

Thanks T, the cat is mine, old pic I took a while back when I was into a bit of photography.
I haven't done any prospecting just yet, been out for a look around a few area's just to get an idea where to look, but just waiting to get a detector which shouldn't be to long, then some pans.
Have found some good info on here so looking forward to learning more.
