I like rocks. Shiny rocks, dull rocks, really I just have always liked rocks and geology. I am a mum to two wonderful children. My beautiful children are now getting close to the age of independance and as such, I am finding myself drawn back to doing things I like. So I have made myself a rock tumbler and purchased a metal detector. I plan to get out and have some fun. Finding some gold would be great, but I am sure no matter where I go, I am bound to bring home yet another "this one is so nice"... Looking forward to chatting to you all.

Like you, I found that with my 3 children ageing and developing their own lives, I got back into detecting.
I joined PA a little over 2 years back and have learned so much and made some great friends out in the Vic Gold Fields.
