Heathcote and SDC2300

Went out Heathcote way today and came across some diggings that didn't look like they had seen a detector in a while. Found 3 pickers in the first 20 minutes and at one stage it was pickers 3 vs lead shot 1. 2hrs later and time to head for home it is pickers 3, lead shot about 50.
Oh well I will head back another day and give it a good going over as I only covered a very small section of the area.

Excellent result! Ive heard about some of the creeks there would love to try my luck there, this just goes to show theres still some good gold there. Have to be happy with that!
