Goulburn River information

Can you prospect in the Goulburn river. Howqua and Gaffney rivers are out of bounds. Trying to find places to highbank. Any reply welcome.

Hi namrac - No! you cannot prospect in the Goulburn river. However as you drive towards Woods Point Rasberry Creek on the left of the road between Gaffney's Creek and A1 Mine Settlement is fine to fossick in. Stay within the conditions of your Miners Right and you'll be fine - the Woods Point copper has booked one fossicker this year that i know of.
