Hey all, my girlfriend and I are heading to Northern NSW from Brisbane to snipe for gold in the next month. I've been looking at a few areas like Clarence and Tooloom River but from some of the reading I've done on here, the gold isn't overly plentiful, particularly the thicker stuff. Looking for recommendations for areas to snipe (even if its not in these general areas) and places to camps. Also, keen to see pictures of your finds from these areas even if it's from panning or detecting.
I like to share my spots as I believe there is enough for everyone to share in the thrill of finding gold. If I find spots where I know it would be worth someones time, I'll be sharing them here.
