Hey everyone, hope tou all finding the good stuff and lots of it. I went out on the weekend to prospect a new area that i havent been to yet, unfortunately wasnt the best, was meant to go out with aussie chris, due to unforeseen circumstances he wasn't able to make it, he didnt miss out on much as i only found small stuff crevicing.
Also gave my detector a go while out in the bush but with no luck - unless junk counts haha.

Keep digging for the yellow

Cheers

Yeah i understand that patience is key in this game haha. When i do find my first nugget i will be showing on here ?

Wow, I'm hanging on to all the Fugget I've found then Jaros. Maybe one day it will be collectable?

Went out yesterday, got a 0.60g surprise, then a good signal in the bottom of a old dig hole. Scraped out the mulch to solid ground and still a signal; dug down 8 inches and a better signal; Wow. Went and got the shovel, dug down another 8 inches and booming signal. Another dig with the shovel and the old timers had driven some steel in from the middle of the dig hole , Blood Fugget. The old ticker was having a flutter though. :Y: :goldnugget:

Hey Limpalot, It is worth checking holes that have left open before filling them in.
A couple of years back a mate of mine wandered over too a 200mm deep hole left open. Swung his 5000 over it and got a faint signal and thought he may as take a look at the junk they found.
Scooped the loose dirt out and poked the coil into the hole and it screamed. Called me over and he proceeded digging finally uncovering a 30g nugget.
How they walked away from this will forever remain a mystery.
