gems in adelong creek

Are there any gems in adelong creek worth chasing if so what are they . Should i just concentrate on gold in this area

Probably just Gold in Adelong, it's not known for gems.

black sand, mercury, lead shot and gold is all I've pulled from the Adelong Creek. Wee Jasper is close enough though if gems is your game

Fine with getting gold. Was looking though seives at every rock. Don't get much time on creek Didn't want to waste time looking for something thats not there. Thanks for the information.
