Gemini Table - James Table

I purchased a second hand Gemini table. It works just like the James table. the seller charged me for the installation also, but then didn't want to do it. Eventually he did.
My issue is that he did not supply all the parts (motor, fan belt and water pump). i had to get these as he said that he does not have the money I paid him any more thus could not buy these missing parts.
At the end we got it setup and he left before i even turned it on
I got it running and it almost works. Just before he left, he told me that I need to wax the unit every two weeks or so. So before i started it up, I have it a waxing. Now the water does not like wax... So the table is not covered with water through out and it seems not to shake the concentrate nicely.
Does any one have some tips for me?

They have to be adjusted .
google in how to make a " mineral shaker table" there is a lot of imformation that can put you on the right track.
