G'day from Gippsland

G'day all,

I'm another newby to the forum, and would like to introduce myself.
I'm from the Latrobe Valley in Gippsland. Some mates introduced me to panning when I was a teenager. I spent ten years working interstate, and now that I'm back I've got the bug again.
When I manage to find the time I like to get out and pan in the local creeks and rivers. I also enjoy fishing, shooting, four-wheel driving and camping.
I look forward to learning from all the gurus out there.

Hi Balx, thanks for the invite.
I study part-time and have an exam in the week after that weekend, so I'll probably have my head stuck in the books.
If I can afford to give myself a break for a few hours I'll come out, at least just to say g'day.
