G'day from Cairns

Hey there,

New to this forum. Name is Dools, I'm from Cairns. I'm interested in doing some fossicking for gold up in FNQ. Tablelands, Palmer River etc. I've only ever done a very small amount years ago with my uncle on the Goldsborough. I'm looking for tips on where a good place to start (reasonably close to Cairns). I don't have much equipment yet.

Welcome to the forum for all things prospecting, you should have no trouble finding info on here and if you cant find it just ask and we'll try and help.
