Gday folks, Booney here from the hills north of Melbourne.
Have been prospecting around the GT for a few years now with great success ,swinging my 2300 seem to produce the goods every time for me as well as handfulls of bird shot and bits of rust ,having heaps of fun.
Have recently gone and got myself a 4500 the plan being to increase the size of the gold that I'm getting ,starting to realise what a different beast this 4500 is, still trying to get my head around all the settings, noises, different ground and slower technique . No luck yet but still having lots of fun and learning more and more.
I've got a few good coils and been doing lots of research so I spoz it's just a matter or getting out there and putting in the time
Heading out again this wend .
