G'day all.

My name is Dejan and I'm new to this site. I started Metal Detecting around 1985 with one of those Kmart jobs and have been hooked ever since. Haven't done much in the last 7 years as the kids come first. Now I have found more time and the wife has given me permission to resume my passion. I have recently purchased an Xterra 705 and am getting used to the beautiful music it creates. Looking for anyone in the area who is interested in going after that elusive holey dollar. There are still around 12000 of them unaccounted for and one has my name on it.

Welcome to the forum. The 705 is a good machine from what I have heard.
Should be a few members out your way. Hopefully some will chime in to say hi.

Got your sights set high with the holey dollar 8) Hope you find one... and the dump to go with it.
I bought one of the 200 year anniversary holey dollar and dump. Love to find an original to sit beside it

Welcome to the forum Dejan. Great to hear that time is becoming more available to rekindle that detecting hobby. The forum can be a great research vessel and by involvement with the members some valuable information can be exchanged. Best of luck on that holey dollar and if it comes to light we'd all love to see the pic.
