Just be careful I was out there today there is a lot of snakes getting about up at Dittmer mine area

Went out there today and the day before. Very fine flake gold in the pan. Quite a lot but not worth my time. Have the deus with me. Very noisy on Rocky ground. Anyone have any tips ?

Dunno, does flakey mean travelled far n dumped after glacial retreat ? Mighta been scoured n pressed from a long way up an old valley.
