Fishing and Fossicking.

Had a club trip to Barmera on sunday to fish the state freshwater champs.
Went up on the Saturday and had a poke around the foreshore.
Found some ready cash and mostly $1 and $2 thanks to the 705 discrimination else I would have filled a wheelbarrow with ring pulls and bottle tops.
Ended up with 40kg of carp but no match to the winners bag of 112 kg.
A nice weekend away.

Great haul. My father used to catch the carp and bury them in the veggie garden. Great for caullies and cabbages,but back then i was too young to appreciate the good veggies.
