Hi all just wondering if anyone has any idea if there is anyway to map or overlay fault lines onto maps or google earth .PP

most geological maps already have fault lines, both inferred and proven as part of the infomation contained on them. As for how to transfer them onto a topo or google earth Im not sure. You could try printing them to scale onto transparent sheet. and then overlaying onto a paper topo.

G'day Pirate

Go the geological survey web site for the state you are interested and look at their geological maps or many of them have online mapping programs where you can overlay google earth or google maps onto the map sheets.
