Hi I bought a pin pointer from Jay car cause I was desperate to go detecting and the pin pointer was only vibrating as it said on description buzzing and vibrate now I'm not happy and didn't even use it can I take it back and get my money back I've should of read or tested it before I bought it.

It says buzzer and vibrate. If it doesnt buzz I would ask for a refund. I noticed further down it states "Led and Vibrate". Led isnt a buzz so that to me is false advertising and worthy of a refund.

Only way to know for sure is take it back and say it was "Not as Described"
Saying you changed your mind will most likely only get you a store credit.

I had no drama with Jaycar when I returned 2 surveillance cameras for not working and got a full refund.

Yep, you are entitled to a full refund if it cant do what it is "SAID" to do!
So if the salesperson says it dose this, and it doesn't. A FULL REFUND BY LAW. and under this legislation, you do NOT even need the box it came in, new or used.
even if the salesperson spins some crap that isnt written on the box for a sales pitch. They are bound by law of that fact on the sale.
