Not long, I've been buying and selling pre-decimals for over 10 years now. I've always hoarded the silver away though, this is the result

That was 12 months ago too, AJs pile's probably a lot bigger now !

Impressive pile of florins, they are getting pretty thin on the ground around here after doing very well on them last year. Too many detectorists sharing the same same ground these days.

I found 1 at Mornington beach about 2 months ago.

Was there with my son and just walking through the water about 3 meters in the bay!!!

I also found an old marble there too, rolling around in the current.
Looked like it had been sandblasted
