Dayboro Talc-Asbestos Prospect

Hi All,

I have read several articles saying that people have gone out to Dayboro and detected at the Talc-Asbestos Prospect. For example:

I have also read on other websites about heaps of other people going to the site, however, I drove out there yesterday... and the entire site if fenced off ...

My question is, how on earth do people get permission to go on this land? how would I find out who owns the land or if its Government owned?

There is a house nearby... with 6 letterboxes... and I dont really want to go and ask each one if they own the land and can I detect it... surely there is an easier way???

Hi Ele,

I was just wondering if you ever managed to gain access to any properties around this area? I'm hoping to try this area out sometime as it's close to home.

It is private property so you meed to talk to the land owner.
