Hey all ! this is not a plug for the Minelab ctx3030 , but like to share a good news story . a friend of mine lost a gold ring worth 2 grand
when he threw a dead bird over his brick fence " the ring went with the bird " he thought he saw something hit a nearby tree and settle in the long grass below , searched for it for 2 years to no avail ! i offered to have a look and last weekend armed with the ctx3030 set about a search in the zone . gridded an area and two targets for two 22 shell cases and lohan behold 3rd target showing a digital read of around
12/20 or so and not rejecting the signal THERE IT WAS !!. now this detector is fairly new to me and i must say i am impressed .finds gold too apparently . worth a look at a tad over $2600.00 , needless to say my mate was gob smacked !! don,t have pic of ring but when i see him again will get one and post it.
