its only about 10 x 15 mm in size and i dont know how they extracted it without damage but i think its nice

Very nice piece indeed, I would think they would have used some kind of acid to eat away the quartz. very nice specimen

Kinda looks like a transformer morphing...

Best guess would be hydroflouric acid, eats quartz like a kid eats chocolate :lol:

yes . but sadly one of the most toxic hazardous substances to use and handle.
