looking at going for a overnighter at Slaty creek campground 1 shortly to just wanting to know if the roads are 2wd friendly or not at the moment?

Tried a few spots no gold targets.
Plenty of puddles of water around slaty creek didn't have much of a pan spend more time driving looking for areas to detect my geovic and Doug stone maps don't seem to be getting me where I need to go I must be working them wrong had trouble finding diggings.
Apart from one flogged out area at the start of slaty creek rd

We hit sawpit creek with my home made ag pipe sluice we got alot of black sand and some nice little quartz crystals all different colours and maybe 3 specks of gold we tried everywhere up and down the creek with no luck. Ended up dropping into dereel misery creek and took some buckets home with us ill have to seewhat in there but panned 2 hand fulls out of it before and had a little colour hope theres more in there
