Hey guys im really keen to get on the hunt for some loot.
IAM LOOKING FOR THE CHEAPEST DETECTOR that would be suitable to have a "fossic" for old coins I live at edgeworth in the huntervalley and would be using it around this area if anyone has any recommendations that would be great or just any info about the area

You can usually find the same model on eBay, but when Aldi have it, they're cheaper.

Depends on where you are and what type parks you have, some places are taboo because theyre all pretty and for show and people who want to rip in have made it impossible for the rest of us in those type parks.
Grassland should only be dug once one is proficient in doing a good plug so it heals well and can't be seen once it is closed, or, proficient in using the slot method so no one can tell where you been or where you just dug. And if you dig after rain, the soil is soft and the ground heals quickly, dry digging in parks and grassland is to be frowned upon as the plugs die off and get lifted by the lawnmower leaving a mess that makes us all look bad.
So my advice is to seek out digging methods that will be aesthetically pleasing to the rest of the world in both the short and the long term. And buy a good quality pinpointer to reduce any chance of scratching a coin as you retrieve it. And develop within yourself a great set of detecting morals ,.... and, get the gift of the gab, and talk to the elderly lots, cause they've usyally got a lot to say. And, read all you can on PA here cause there's a great education just waiting for you in the lines we've all written to date(incuding info on cheaper detectors).
