I had a discussion today with a bloke who has been trying to tell me how good gold is in Captains Flat. I'm for one am not convinced, however does anyone know what the biggest nugget ever found in Captains Flat.

I had read that info previously. I hadnt heard of any significant nuggets from the Captains Flat previously, but today this fella was adamant a large nugget of size had been discovered.

Who am I to argue, I thought. So I put it to this forum for the answer.

I cant vouch for detecting , but I did a lot of crevicing in that area a few years back and I was very underwhelmed with the results .
