can of pennies

Hi all just found a can of pennies that has been at my dad's for nearly 30+years went thru it tonite and most look like they haven't been used mostly 52's 61's and 64's and others from 40-64 any idea on valuable ones in amongst them

You generally find the ones you don't have are the ones that are a little rarer

That is a nice find in many ways, apart from sentimental they are also a nice collection of yesteryear coinage. The condition looks to be a mid to higher grade for most of them. Value wise not a lot of rarity.

The ones in that year are 1946 (Guess what you don't have ) I also keep the 1959M mint in that era.

There is also a 1948Y. which is a Perth Mint and they are a little rarer too.
