can anyone help with locations or do i have to buy online

The guys at greta have pans and sives minelab gear and some books and gold maps it's only a small shop but worth a visit if you got the time

Was asking my self the same question. Thanks guys looking on eBay and on line were options but sometimes its good to cisit a place where you can talk to some one about equipment and get a better idea of what suits you personally .
Cheers

Thanks RJ
I have about 15 hard white plastic buckets a mate gave me who works on the council.
Will try and make a bucket sieve
Also need a couple of pans .. Looking at a few different types on eBay purbo pan and the simpler designs.
I gather green would be the best colour to contrast with the colour of gold.

Hey nucopia, I made some classifier buckets out of 10 litre plastic buckets with not quite all the bottom cut out (eg turn bucket upside down then cut a circle out just smaller than the size of the bucket bottom so you have about a 10mm - 20mm lip. Then I cut a piece out of bread crate to fit inside the bucket, push it to the bottom and screw it to the bucket. This works to classify to 13mm - 14mm, if you want smaller classification then I have various sizes of punch plate to drop in the bottom of the bucket. Will post a pic when I get home.
P.S. I second the Garret Super Sluice Pans. The main difference to other pans is the riffles sink into the side of the pan not poke outwards from the pan. Hopes this makes sense.

Thanks Ramjet Cracka
I ordered a turbo pan today to try it out should be here with in a week. I'll probably add a garret to the arsenal later as well.
The guy next door is a real handy man with a nice workshop in his gararge he said he will help me make the bucket sieves once he finishes his latest project .. his building a small teardrop caravan for his brother in-law to tow behind a spider tricycle.
The guys amazing he also builds laminated wood kayaks
I have heaps of buckets stored in the shed , so might make a few different size sieves.
