Beach detecting with the Euro Ace

Hey guys,

Thought I'd head out to the local beach to do a bit of detecting since we have had some warmer weather the last few weeks. Came home with more trash then I did anything else, but I was still pretty happy with my result (at least my pockets weren't empty ).

found the chain actually half uncovered on the top of the sand, appears that it has been there a while with the amount of corrosion it has suffered. It is also broken but it's a $5 patch job at the jeweller.

Another evening down the beach, still without many finds but my 2nd signal for the evening was the silver ring. It was almost an hour and a half in before I found my first coin. Once again my rubbish seriously outweighed my goodies .

Does anyone know what the markings are on the ring? I know the 925 but the others have me a little stumped. After iLove it has a G stamped

Going by the "WB" logo, it's from Wallace Bishop's 'iLOVE' range (although I can't spot the design among their current offerings). The "G" might just be a catalogue ID reference: https://wallacebishop.com.au/categories/rings/silver?product_page=2

Thanks grubstake! I thought it might have been Wallace bishop but wasn't sure. By the look of the ring it has been there a while so may be an older design

It just occurred to me that the "G" quite possibly denotes the ring size. If it's 14.3mm diameter and 44.8mm around the circumference, that's the international G-sizing according to the table here: http://www.bluenile.com/au/find-ring-size
