hi winder, i have noticed your new to the site and i welcome you. One thing if i may suggest to you is trying to research some of this information instead of asking every question by starting a new post. How about starting a single post and ask them in there? Are you just trying to reach the 10 post mark to send PM's or????

Yes ... I am confused too...i guess it would be like screaming at a rock you keep stubbing your toe on in the yard ... Yelled at a very large volume only a sapphire could understand" why won't you subscribe you bastard!!!!!" ... Still waiting for answers.................

I'm assuming the question is how much is a sapphire worth by weight, like asking how long is a piece of string. To broadly answer I would think a cut sapphire of reasonable quality be in the $200+ mark per carat for say a nice Blue, but as soon as you go past about the 2 carat mark the price will rise higher for the same quality stone. That means a six carat uncut stone has the potential to be about 2 carat cut....roughly. Also how much people are prepared to pay. A retailer could charge about $1000 for a 2 carat Blue Sapphire that is only worth $500 on ebay. That same stone may be worth $150 when it was uncut. Very subjective question but that's my attempt in answering without too much info on what the stone looks like.
