Frustration is setting in. I'm no good at this activity. I've got good reason to be here with Mrs M not well and my son Nic and family away on Cape York. I'm really happy that I was here to help Nic out looking after the workshop. He never asks me for anything so I jumped at the opportunity when asked but when you have the winter mapped out, permits in place, new gear, vehicle freshly serviced and arrangements made to meet with others I feel a bit tied down.

I shouldn't be following all your activity with such interest. That's what's doing me in :/

I'm sitting back enjoying the F1 race but my mind keeps slipping back to where I should be. In actual fact even if I was out in the goldfields I'd still be sitting in front of the TV but the atmosphere is a bit different with a campfire burning

Sometimes I feel like I don't get out enough for a pan,swing or a bit of high-banking or just a day in the bush and feel like an armchair prospector but I guess life just gets in the road every now and then.Hang in there Moneybox.All the best to Mrs M, hope she gets well soon.

Make sure the old bus is ready to just jump in and drive
the gold and relic bottles etc etc (well most of it :8 ) will still be there and i am sure the will be members that will meet up with you when you are mobile again

A re-purposed old mangle washer (hand wringer) tub just fits the bill....or a 44g drum and a cutting torch and have one front, one back ]

Mr M has the pot belly stove by the TV. She's been leaving the door open the see the fire

Know how you feel mate, I've been hobbled since early Feb, but the end is in site, hope Mrs M gets well again soon and can hit the bottle(s) again

There's nothing down there but dirt and gold. Lots of dirt.....not so much gold but there's still a bit there.
