found a badge while metal detecting around South West Sydney, does anyone know who he was? Not much information about him online. And where did this metal badge come off from? I can’t upload photos for some odd reason

This is the badge. Wonder where it came from..
And yes I’ve seen those articles but unfortunately nothing points directly at this direction
