haunted gully Beaconsfield I think is on private property the old trout farm is over workings there is another spot near the high voltage power line at Beacy but its been a long time since I was down that way have a look a James Flett book regards john

I have many fond memories of camping out in Beenak near Gembrook in the 70's.
Damn.!! Wish I knew there were diggings out that way then.

Its so overgrown out here its nearly impossible to detect. Have not had heaps of luck over at Gembrook yet, no gold, sapphire, topaz or even a relic yet. I am still to find the Berwick tin mine location there

Im willing to go were ever my twin brother and i have been prospecting for about a year with not to much luck we have found good specks at warrendyte and hit a good hole in castlemain and got about 20 specks but looking for somewhere around my area (pakenkam) that would have gems or gold iv try labourtouch whice was I think some a gold mine but no luck in the creeks lots of black sand but nothing.
