Hi Folks
I recently bought a 2nd hand S&G hand pump from interstate. Just interested to know if anyone has made mods to their own suction pump nozzles. The ones I have are all rigid pvc, the smallest being 1/2" i.d. I was thinking along the lines of some thin wall tubing that won't collapse under suction that will still be pliable to force into cracks - must reduce the amount of kneeling & bending.
Also is a lightweight convoluted hose the best type of hose to use for sand /gravel suction? I am interested in a hose that will not coil when rolled out. Any brand names or suppliers would be a great start.
Thanks.
