Another newbie

Hi all , I recently got back into the search after poking around the traps as a youngen years back with the ole man and found your forum here , I built my first sluice today after seeing the thread on here and am eager to give it a run , Ive been bottle hunting for years and have thousands of coins after being in demolition for 15 years , I spend heaps of time in the bush and thought it would be another great reason to be out and about and also to get my young boys in the river on a summers day helping out , I 'll look forward to learning some tricks from the pro,s and yapping in general , Cheers Scampa

Welcome to the forum scampa. Great to hear that some of the threads have helped you with making the sluice, and I'm sure the youngsters will enjoy hunting for gold when you get it onto the stream.

Any boy whos dad took them prospecting, will remember those days forever. What a great gift to your young ones while doing a little recon for gold, the kids will be 60 one day chatting about the adventures with dad and his hunt for gold. Priceless!
