Another case of the fever

Hi everybody,

I'm from SA, mainly, but I started gold detecting for the first time just a few weeks ago around Bendigo, mainly Whipstick.

I found a 4.2g nugget (in the picture) on my first afternoon, though many days later I don't have much else to show for it. I reckon I'll move on to somewhere else in the Goldfields soon and hopefully keep finding enough to justify an extended holiday and buying another coil or two!

I am glad to have found this forum and have already found a lot of helpful information in it, especially Loamer's wisdom.
