Hi guys n gals and anybody in-between (or confused), my name's Zol and Ive just joined up as you seem to be a friendly and knowledgable bunch. Im from the Northern Rivers of NSW and have been detecting for several years with some (limited) success using a GPX5000. On my last trip away I bought a pan and a couple of sieves on the spur of the moment and tried my hand at panning. I was very fortunate to get some colour on my first attempt so of course now I'm hooked! I am now interested in buying a sluice and was hoping that some of you more experienced panners could advise me, but I will post my questions in the appropriate section so as not to incur the wrath of the administrator.
