Absolutely beginner!

Gday all. Hope this note finds everyone in good health. Im from outside Mackay and have purchased my first detector being a Minelab GPX 4500 and went out with the much better half (shell read this!) to Clermont for our 1st foray and although we came up empty handed we had a wonderful time. Just enquiring if theres any groups local that do education on proper use of the technology? Cheers

Pierre27 G'day and welcome. there is so much info here on the 4500 it will take you weeks to read it all. go to the magnifying glass icon and type in GPX 4500.

Welcome pierre27. The GPX4500 is a good dector and in my opinion a good detector for a beginner. Hopefully it serves you well
