1938 Penny

Hi all,
Sorry if this has been done but I have found a 1938 Penny. I have heard pennys that are rare and can be valuable?wasnt sure but Heres a couple of pics for you. Any advise would be greatly appreciated

I found it in the backyard when removing some old garden edging, was pretty much a couple of inches under the surface :Y:
