Had a ripper find with the gpx5000 on the weekend, a 1876 threepence young head.

Very nice older silver, they seem to be a lot harder to locate these days, more so than the 1800's copper coins, great find.

Thanks gold pick and atom rat, the area I'm working definitely has its areas for these silver age coins, here is and old head I got a year ago in a pipe clay mullock.unfortunatley I knocked this one with my pick 8) also got a very nice brooke&sons bottle off one of these mullocks.
