In the GT the Impact has real grunt in the deep mode.eg 20 inches deep compared to 8 inches deep with the all metal mode on a 1.5 inches diameter ball of silver foil.The Impact is so sensitive it picks up too many false signals for me to dig.Someone has to advise on the optimal settings on...
