    Blinkie got most of them on the common, the 4.2 grammer was from Gumvale Station. Total weight was about half an ounce. Yes 5 weeks is just about right you can prospect at your leisure, I was only doing about 4 hours a day. Plenty for an old fart like me. Probably averaged 4 - 5 bits per day.

    Hi Garry, no there is no detectable gold around Broken Hill and Silverton. I believe that gold is a by product of the silver lead and zinc mine at Broken Hill but that is deep gold !

    Wanted to buy

    You don't need a real nugget, the smallest piece of lead shot will give off the same signal. Anyone who says they can tell the difference between a small lead shot and gold is fibbing. But best to check serial number with minelab !
