I read an interesting article during the week where a central bank (I think it was in Europe) made a good statement about how crypto currencies are purely speculative with no solid backing or anything on which to base their value. When the speculation drops or stops, so does the perceived value.

Yeah, its probably made in China anyway, & wouldnt be very logical to buy 1 at that price when you can get 1 of the cheaper proper fridges for similar money! They're just under AU$900 here...
