my Coleman butane (Jetboil equivalent) can boil 600ml of water in 4 minutes & doesnt use a big amount of gas. I will be sticking to gas at least for now. :idea: idea. Maybe I could get a 2L S/S tank & fix to my roofrack for hot water in the summer. Prob only need 1 minute on the gas :coffee:

I was considering a 12V kettle for my coffee kit, & in doing some research I found this Waeco 12V_180W x750ml kettle< & I thought wow, beauty, that'll do the trick. I fully expected around 15-20A power draw, but what blew it out of the water (pun intended :playful: ) was the half hour needed to...

My Stihl (petrol) leaks chain oil. I empty it out if not using it for a while, or lay it on its side if I plan to use it again very soon. It only takes a minute to put oil back in when needed.

Hi Trace & welcome to PA Forum. The 705 isnt a great gold detector in AU (mainly a treasure/coin/jewellery), but is a good learning machine & capable of finding tiny bits in the top few inches if the ground isnt too mineralised (noisy) & if you walk over it. Ideally you want the 10x5" or 15"...
